Facility Policies

Reservations & payment
When bookings launch, reservations will be confirmed only after successful payment and an emailed confirmation. The current website is a demonstration and cannot reserve court time.
Arrival & departure
Use the facility only during your confirmed reservation and permitted access window. Allow time for setup and cleanup within your booked session. Leave courts and common areas clean.
Safety & supervision
Use courts and equipment appropriately; wear suitable athletic shoes; no damaging, unsafe, or prohibited activities. Minors must have appropriate adult supervision under the final facility rules. Report injuries, damage, hazards, or emergencies promptly. For emergencies, call 911.
Respect for others
No fighting, harassment, vandalism, or unauthorized entry. Do not share access credentials. Follow posted occupancy limits and facility instructions.
Food, equipment & property
Food and drinks may be restricted to designated areas. Users are responsible for their personal property and for reporting damage. Equipment availability will be confirmed before opening.
Cancellation & refunds
Policy TBD: Cancellation deadlines, rescheduling, late arrival, no-shows, weather closures, and refunds will be published before paid reservations open.
Access & monitoring
Future entry may use time-limited mobile credentials. Security cameras may be used in common and court areas, subject to applicable notices and law; details will be published before opening.
